My condolences and love I am sending to James and Louise, as well as grandson and great grands. Friend’s other family members. Charlene was a great sister, very blessed and God loving. Her warm concern of love and caring to help others was part of whom she was on a regular day. Her nurturing love for you was shared through out her lifetime. She wanted the best for you all. She wanted for you to be in church, to be well educated and being prosperous in life. She is now watching over you and I ask that you make her proud. That was her dream that she shared with me. I will miss he but I know God doesn’t make mistakes and she is home, she is at peace, my prayers and love go out to you all. Love Aunt Sandy

My condolences and love are extended to my family in grieving our lose of Charlene. As her Aunt on her mother's side I feel this lose deeply in that I am the youngest and the last of the Clarksburg W.Va Smith family to carry on the love, proud moments, kindnesses, and memories of bygone days. My Niece Charlene brought joy and happiness to these memories, our family now lays to rest another heart that beat loudly with love ❤️. Charlene was and will always be remembered as a bright light with a beaming smile. I leave on these pages my love, my pride and my happiness in being allowed the years I spent knowing my Niece Charlene, because I live in Califirnia, our visits and times together over the years were even more magical and important. Each visit was always a joyous occasion, visits that always held so much glee, laughter and love. Visits that always held splendid special moments that later had to be shared with other family members. What wonderful memories. Thank you God for Charlene and her glow, thank you for allowing me to be her Aunt. To her family, always remember that you were, you are the most important part of a woman who touched many lives positively and will be missed enormously. Love, Aunt Josephine
