Marlene, I am so sorry that I am unable to attend Buckshot’s services. Due to Brantley’s, Jim’s & Jacks recent deaths, I have little time left to call off work. I know you & Renee’ loved him very much and pray for God’s strength & peace to be with you. My prayers for you, Renee & the entire family during this sad time. My love to you Cuz. May Buckshot be made whole again in Heaven.

As I read of Richard's death, tears come to my eyes. He was a good friend to me and my husband, Fred, back long ago. Buckshot , Fred and Ronnie Hall were always together. They worked at Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company in Stonewood. We were young kids , only 19 years old. We practically lived at the Satellite Drive -in. Every night we pulled in and sat and talked and ate going from car to car. Buck would be there on his motorcycle. Many good memories flow back as I remember Buckshot's humor, goodness, kindness, and even sometimes temper. He was a good friend always. He always made you feel welcome. I remember once when he took me on a motorcycle ride on Rt 76 because it was straight and flat. We were going 110 miles an hour at night, and I was afraid. He stopped and told me not to be afraid. He said he would not let anything happen to me. Of course that was the only and last time I rode with him. Through the last 30 years I haven't seen Buckshot much. I ran into him a year or so ago at Walmart, and he told me he had cancer. Of course, we all smoked like "freight trains" back in the day. He just was too stubborn to give it up. I shall never forget you, Buckshot. Rest in peace dear friend. Jennifer Schellenberg
