My deepest sympathy to all the family. She was a good friend and was my roommate our Freshman year at Wesleyan.

So sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. She was a special lady and will always be a part of my memories of growing up in our neighborhood.

I was very sorry to hear that your mother had passed. I remember her coming in to the shop for picture framing -she always knew exactly what she wanted, and was a delight to work with. Sally was intelligent, witty and friendly to everyone. She loved her family, too. I hope all your great memories with her will bring you much comfort in this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss. She was one of the greatest women I have ever known.

I've been thinking of my Aunt Sally these last couple of weeks. When I was a very young child, and visiting my Grandparents in Clarksburg, I would often hang out with Sally. She was so sweet, and beautiful, and she adored me and my brothers. There was a pretty little musicbox in her bedroom, which played Für Elise by Beethoven, and we played that over and over and over. I loved Sally, I always think of her when I hear that piece. It all made sense to me when I learned that Beethoven composed that piece for a young woman who he loved very much but could not marry......
