I had the privilege of knowing and working with Wes for several years at the FWAATS. Wes quickly became much more than a work colleague, he became a very dear friend. He was an amazing man with a generous nature and a kindness that knew no limit. Wes left a lasting impact on countless students who would come for flight training and his legacy will live on for many, many years. I count myself blessed to have known Wes and to have called him a friend. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefined and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.” 1 Peter 1:3-5.
