Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Monday, June 17, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm at WV National Cemetery, 42 Veterans Memorial Ln, Grafton, WV, where full military graveside rites will be accorded.

Dear Catherine, Karen and Linda. As Charlotte;s friend, I can say she always admired Bill as her brother. She loved you girls deeply, but there was that special place in her heart for Bill. Here is praying they will be reunited in Gods Kingdom and rejoicing in their reunion. My prayers are with you ladies, and all the children, grandchildren. The entire family. I know Clay was close to his Uncle Bill and he would always speak of the time they spent together after Charlotte and Stoney went to their Heavenly home.
