With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Cheryl Ann Moore. Cheryl gained her wings peacefully on July 11, 2024, surrounded by family. Born on January 16, 1963, she was the daughter of Audrey and Richard (Geraldine) Helsley. Family was the cornerstone of Cheryl’s life. She was a loving wife to her husband, Glenn Moore. She was the mother of Glenn Michael (Holly), Tyra, and Tyrone Moore. Later in life, Cheryl found joy in her role as a Mom Mom to her grandchildren: Kahlil, Amirah, Ma’Jestee, Saijha’, Kevin, Raven, Little Tyrone and Jaden. Cheryl is preceded in death by her husband, mother, father and two sisters Debbie and Tammy. Cheryl is survived by her long time friends James Hilliard, Christine Harris and her god daughter Krista. Ten siblings Robin, Sandra and Junior, Susan and Papo, Linda and Beny all of Vineland New Jersey. Brenda and Chris, Richard and Mary, and Bobby all of Clarksburg West Virginia. Omar and Carrie, Irene all of Florida and Billy of Pennsylvania. Cheryl also had many cousins, nieces and nephews who adored her. Cheryl’s professional journey was marked by her contribution to the world through helping others. She started her career at The Arc of Harrison County in 1998, where her dedicated passion found a perfect home. Her dedication and unique insights led her to rise through the ranks, wearing many hats, eventually becoming the Financial:Payroll Executive, she adored her work family. Cheryl loved going to casinos, traveling, and most of all, spending time with family and friends. Cheryl’s legacy will forever be imprinted on the hearts and minds of those she touched. Her unending kindness, unwavering integrity, and love for her family and others will be remembered and cherished. As we honor Cheryl’s life, we carry forward her spirit, and belief in the power of kindness.
