Burial Date: April 10, 2017 Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 12:30 pm with Reverend Don Fowler officiating.
Interment will be in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. |

Lindel Franklin Oldaker, 83, of Nutter Fort, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017. He was born in Clarksburg on April 20, 1933, a son of the late Charles and Nellie Kearns Oldaker.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Joan White Oldaker, whom he married on January 31, 1953; three daughters, Denise Riffle and her husband Jimmy of Spring Lake, NC, Leann Kiner of Bristol, WV, and Amy Wyckoff and her husband Robert of Perryopolis, PA; one son, Thomas Oldaker and his wife Alice of Bridgeport; four grandsons, Marc Riffle and his wife Shela of Carthage, NC, Zachery Wyckoff, Zane Wyckoff and Hunter Wyckoff, all of Perryopolis, PA; one great granddaughter, Chelsea Riffle, Carthage, NC; two great grandsons, Steven Cassotis and Brennan Riffle, both of Carthage, NC; one great great granddaughter, Riolyn Riffle of Carthage, NC; and two sisters-in-law, Georgie Oldaker and Wilma Oldaker.
He was also preceded in death by six brothers, Harry, Robert, Sherwood, Brenton, Willis “Woody”, and Charles “Junior” Oldaker; and three sisters, Ruth Bell, Clarabelle Wade, and Kathleen Allen.
Mr. Oldaker was a United States Army Veteran, and was formerly employed with several glass factories, including Fourco Glass, as well as Ace Hardware and Rocko’s in Bridgeport. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Nutter Fort.
