Evelyn Yvonne “Bonnie” Cochran Booth, 89, of Mt. Clare, WV, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, in Morgantown, WV. She was born in Taylor County, WV, on June 23, 1929, a daughter of the late Aaron and Lexie Swisher Cochran. She was married on November 5, 1949, to William A. “Bill” Booth, who preceded her in death on December 17, 1999. Mrs. Booth is survived by five loving children, Larry A. Booth and wife Debra of Spotsylvania, VA, Judith “Judy” Cress and husband K. Brent of Morgantown, WV, Deborah “Debby” Post and husband Perry of Good Hope, WV, Brenda Booth of Mt. Clare, WV, and Rhonda Arnett and fiancé, James “Jr” Carman of Mt. Clare, WV. She was grandmother to eight grandchildren, Larry A. Booth, II and wife Melissa, Timothy A. Booth and wife Ashley, Kevin Cress, Michelle Molisee and husband Jason, Janelle Cress, Breanna Cress, Jason Post and Jennifer, Joseph “Joe” Post and step grandson, John Arnett and Kassi as well as several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother and sisters, Edwin Cochran, Edith Goff, Elma “Toogie” Underwood, Margaret Conrad and Mary Bennett. Bonnie was a graduate of Bridgeport High School Class of 1947. She was a homemaker and formerly was a cook at South Harrison High School and did books for her husband’s business, William A. Booth Contracting.
