Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., where the service will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Samuel Schwenk presiding. Interment will be at the Herring Cemetery, Herring Road, Kingwood, WV at 1:00 p.m.

Charles Lynn “Chuck” White, 70, of Allen TX, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 28, 2019, at the United Hospital Center.
He was born in Clarksburg, WV, on February 16, 1949, a son of the late Otto and Maxine Thompson White.
He is survived by his wife, Dotty White; daughter, Katrina White; son, Eric White and wife Ashley; five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, David White and sister Ginger White.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Pam Vancourt.
Chuck started his career as a machinist with Hinkle Brothers, and retired from Bostonian Clark Shoe Store in 2014. He attended Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX, where he developed many friendships. He enjoyed building model cars and woodworking.
