Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Monday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Fred Hawkins officiating. Interment will follow at the Shinn Run Baptist Church Cemetery.

I am sorry to hear of Daniel's passing and give my condolences to his family! I met Daniel giving him rides to Clarksburg on my way to work at the VA. It was a long time before I knew that he was a former colleague's stepson. Daniel was a very sweet person, who was very sick, the last I saw him. Which, as I seen now, was just days prior to his passing. I pray that the peace and comfort, only God can bring, surrounds his family in Jesus name!

Rick and I are so sorry to hear of Daniel’s passing. Every interaction we had with Daniel was pleasant and loving. We are sorry we missed the service, we would have loved to express our condolences in person. So sorry for your loss and prayers for God’s grace in your time of grief.
