Obituaries

Mary Agnes “Tippy” Maylee Carvelli, 90, of Clarksburg, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital.  She was born in Clarksburg on April 29, 1925, a daughter of the late Hubert and Helen Missouri Danley Maylee.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Carvelli, whom she married on January 27, 1951; one daughter Deborah Jo Carvelli of Williamsburg, VA; two granddaughters, Jacqueline Bachman and her husband, Warrant Officer Brent Bachman and Chandra Jo Palagino; one grandson, Mycal Randolph; two great grandsons, Mason Francis Bachman and Brandon Marshall Bachman; one brother, Tony Maylee of Elkridge, MD; and one sister, Patty Mace of Clarksburg.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Joseph Carvelli, Jr.; and one sister, Mildred “Mitzy” Foster.   Private services will be held by the family, with interment in the Holy Cross Cemetery.
