Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Friday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Ronnie Beeson officiating. Interment will be in the Seventh Day Baptist Church Cemetery in Lost Creek.

Mary Lou Heflin Randolph, 97, of Lost Creek passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026.
She was born in Jane Lew on March 20, 1928, a daughter of the late Lebbous and Opie Dove Talbott Heflin.
She was married to William Lee “Bill” Randolph on December 18, 1948, who preceded her in death on November 26, 2022 after 74 years of marriage.
Mrs. Randolph is survived by her sons, Robert Lynn Randolph and wife Cathy of Jane Lew, and Rusty Randolph and wife Carmeleta of Lost Creek; her daughters Joyce Shuman Ward and husband Richard of Lost Creek, and Nancy Nutter and husband Robert of Clarksburg. She was a grandmother to seven grandchildren, Mycal Randolph, Joel Shuman and Jeana, April Evans and husband Brian, Jesse Shuman and wife Jennifer, Justin Shuman, Bobby Nutter, and Craig Nutter; eight great grandchildren, Jaramyah Shuman and wife Cheyenne, T.R. Evans and Lindsey, Eli Evans and wife Emma, Dustin Evans, Shelby Gray and husband Brandon, Blakelen Cunningham, Noah Cunningham and Olivia and Gavin Nutter; and four great great grandchildren, Brynlee Shuman, Callan Shuman, Peyton Johnson and Noveah Daniels.
She was also preceded in death by one great grandson, Jesse James Johnson, three brothers and one sister.
Mrs. Randolph was a member of Rockford United Methodist Church and a graduate of Doddridge County High School and WV Business College. She formerly worked at the Union National Bank and the Harrison County Courthouse. Mary Lou faithfully helped her husband Bill on the farm and was a member of the Women’s Society of Christian Service, and the Farm Women’s Club. She loved gardening, raising flowers, baking, canning, cooking and helping with her grandchildren. Her favorite thing was sitting on the front porch swing. Mary Lou was a devoted wife and mother.
