Honoring her wishes, Melissa will be cremated. A Gathering of Family and Friends will take place on Saturday, August 27 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort.

Melissa Rae Nutter, 54, of Clarksburg, WV, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at her residence.
She was born in Clarksburg, WV, on May 9, 1968, a daughter of the late Olen Ray “Buck” and Carol Sue Davis Nutter.
Melissa is survived by her sister, Linda Christine “Chris” Nutter of Clarksburg; half-sister, Deidre “DeeDee” Flowers and her children of North Carolina; a nephew, Gerrit David Michael Dodd; her niece, Kathryn Marie Bass; and great nephew, Amias Miller.
Melissa was a graduate of Washington Irving High School, Class of 1986, and spent several years working in sales and customer service.
Honoring her wishes, Melissa will be cremated.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will take place on Saturday, August 27 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort.
