Family and friends will be received at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street on Thursday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. The memorial service will begin at 12:00 Noon in the funeral home with Pastor Peggy Williams presiding. Interment will be held privately at a later date at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

Norris Page Morrissette, age 94, of Clarksburg, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 in Honolulu, Hawaii following an extended illness.  He was born in Buckhannon, WV on March 17, 1922 a son of the late Charles and May Currey Morrissette.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beulah Lee Snyder Morrissette 1996 and by one brother, Charles Morrissette.

He is survived by his daughter, Karen Lee Morrissette of Kaneohe, Hawaii.

Mr. Morrissette was a graduate of Washington Irving High School.

He was a United States Army veteran having served his country in World War II.  He was an accountant having retired from Hope Gas Company with over 30 years of service.  He was a member of the Herman Lodge #6 AF & AM in Clarksburg, and 32* Scottish Rite Mason Nemesis Temple.  He was also a member of the Clarksburg Baptist Church.
