Obituaries

Tina Marie Herrick Lymer, 63, of Clarksburg passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020 in the United Hospital Center.

She was born in Clarksburg on November 18, 1957, a daughter of the late Richard Mitchel and Nancy Louise Lowe Herrick.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, William “Bill” Lymer, whom she married on October 9, 1976.

Also surviving are one son, William “Will” Lymer and his significant other, Samantha Demastus of Clarksburg; one daughter, Darbie Marple and her husband Joe of Clarksburg; one grandson on the way, Richard Eli Lymer; three brothers, Jeff Herrick and his wife Patty of Lewis County, Mark Herrick and his wife Sandy of Doddridge County and Charlie Herrick and his wife Chenoa of Maryland; three sisters, Kim Herrick of Doddridge County, Karen Scheuvront of Doddridge County and Jody Rhoten and her husband Kelly of Maryland; one brother-in-law, Ronald Lee Lymer; one sister-in-law, Kimberly Louise Lymer; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Donna Lee Hurst.

Tina was a 1975 graduate of Washington Irving High School.  She loved Halloween and Christmas and spent her free time reading.  Tina was a great listener and a devoted wife and mother who loved her family dearly.

In keeping with her wishes, Tina will be cremated.

There will be a gathering of family at friends on Friday, January 8, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, where a memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm..
