Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Saturday, January 3, 2026 where the funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm with Chaplain Barbara Miller officiating. Visitation will follow the service until 5:00 pm. In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Lemasters will be cremated with inurnment in the WV National Cemetery with his wife at a later time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

So sorry for your loss. Ed was a friend for 70 odd years, worked with Ed 35 years at the Carbon. Ed was a fun loving and a kind soul. He will be missed by all that knew him. I can’t attend services but Ed and family is in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. May the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace. AMEN
