Jack Dale Warner, 69, of Worthington passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2020 following an extended illness. He was born in Harman on July 20, 1951, a son of the late John James and Naomi Marie Dolly Warner. He is survived by one brother, Johnny Bruce Warner and his wife Phyllis of Clarksburg. Mr. Warner was a graduate of Circleville High School. He loved the outdoors, especially the mountains. In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Warner will be cremated. | |
