Kenneth Richard Queen, 78, of Lost Creek passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at his residence. He was born in Weston on February 8, 1947, a son of the late Kenneth R. and Viva Barnes Queen. He is survived by his wife, Helen Hutton Queen, with whom he celebrated his 40th wedding anniversary on July 5, 2025. Also surviving are two daughters, Kimberly Hill of Clarksburg and Tracy Fornash of Clarksburg; and five grandchildren, Charles “C.J.” McGhee, Myranda Seese, Deon Hill, Devin Hill and Kaiden Hill. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Karen Thomas. Mr. Queen was a hard worker and started working at the age of 15. He was a mechanic with Nowsco Well service and the WV Department of Highways where he retired with 20 years of service. He also previously raced cars at Eldora Speedway in Fairmont. Kenneth was a simple guy and a caring person who would give you the shirt off his back. Most of all, he loved taking care of his wife and family. Entombment will be private.
