Mary Jo Greathouse, 86, of Lost Creek passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 in the United Hospital Center following an extended illness. She was born in Clarksburg on December 29, 1938, a daughter of the late Woodrow and Mary Adelene Wolfe Coffindaffer. She is survived by her son, Mark Thomas Greathouse and his wife Karen of Atlanta, GA; two daughters, Terri Radcliff of Lost Creek and Tammi Martin and her husband Bert of Mechanicsville, VA; five grandchildren, Joshua Radcliff, Stephani Harrison, Adam Radcliff, Drew Jones and Amanda Greathouse; eight great grandchildren, Jeremiah Radcliff, Jarin Radcliff, Braden Jones, Ella Jones, Vivian Radcliff, Charles Radcliff, Jude Radcliff and Calvin Radcliff and one great grandchild on the way; two brothers, Bud Coffindaffer and his wife Jean and Jim Coffindaffer and his wife Prudy; one sister, Betty Hershman; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her partner, Gary Nicholson. Mrs. Greathouse was a retired medical assistant with Dr. Romesburg chiropractor. She loved to bowl and was on a bowling team at Jewel City. Most of all, she loved her family above all else. In keeping with her wishes, Mrs. Greathouse will be cremated.
