Leslie Dianne Mathews Williams

Leslie Dianne Mathews Williams, known to most as Dianne, age 77, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, passed away on July 31, 2025, at United Hospital Center.

Born and raised in Clarksburg, Dianne was the daughter of the late Nina Rae Mathews and Paul Leslie Mathews. She is survived by her husband, Lorin “Butch” Leland Williams.

She is also survived by her children, Kimberly Tomaro and Jason Tomaro, and his wife Jamie; her grandchildren, Johnna Herbig, Tyra Tomaro, Jason Tomaro Jr., Carmen Tomaro, and Antonia Tomaro; and her great-grandchildren, Ethan Tomaro and Eleanor “Gracie” Tomaro.

Dianne spent part of her career at Anchor Hocking, but devoted the majority of her life to caregiving. She will be remembered for her generous spirit, kind heart, and deep devotion to her family.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you and appreciation to the doctors, nurses, and staff at United Hospital Center for the compassionate care shown to Dianne in her final days.

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. where Catholic Funeral Rites will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with Father Walt Jagela presiding. Interment will follow in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
