Jeffrey Lawrence Cain

Jeffrey Lawrence “Jeff” Cain, of Stonewood, WV passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, after a battle with dementia. He was born in Clarksburg, WV on June 21, 1964, the beloved son of the late Bill and Sue Cain.

He is survived by his brothers Blaine, Terry, and Chuck (Christina) Cain; his sisters Debbie Rowh, Lin Cain, and Mag Cain (John); his stepson, Ryan Shrader (Nikki); step-grandson Thomas and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joy; sister, Cindy Cain and his stepdaughter, Shari Shrader.

Jeff worked for many years in the wine and beer distribution business, where he was known for his hard work ethic and generous spirit. He had a deep love for animals and was a kind and caring soul to all who knew him.

Per his wishes, Jeff will be cremated. A private celebration of his life will be held by his family at a later date.
