Mark Albert Kelley

Mark Albert Kelley, 64, of Clarksburg passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in Ruby Memorial Hospital due to complications following a heart procedure.

He was born in Clarksburg on August 27, 1961, a son of the late John and Janet Kelley.

He is survived by the love of his life, Sharon “Diane” Criss of Clarksburg; one daughter, Alisa Beavers and her husband Jason of Virginia Beach Virginia; six grandchildren, Ruth Ann Beavers, Hazen Beavers, Kelly Beavers and Austin Beavers, Jenna Maxwell and Chloe Parker; three siblings, Donna Mendez and her husband Robert of Clarksburg, Michael Kelley and his wife Nora of Vista, CA and Randall Kelley and his wife Janet of Logan; and several nieces and nephews including Robbie Mendez who was his buddy he called “Robbie man”.

He was also preceded in death by one son, Christopher Kelley.

Mark was a technician with Orkin Pest Control and had a passion for football, especially WVU.  He loved antique cars, trucks and was a Harley Davidson enthusiast having owned several.  One of his favorite places was sitting on his front porch with Diane and whomever might stop by.  He loved talking with his friends and family and didn’t know a stranger.  His front door was always open to the ones he loved.  He loved his Dobermans, Turbo and Bo. while they were with him and Diane.

While we will miss him now, we know Chris welcomed him home with wide open arms.

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Friday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 3:00 pm with his brother, Dr. Michael Kelley presiding.  Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Park.
