Nancy Ann Selmon Flanagan

Nancy Ann Flanagan, 73, of Clarksburg passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at her residence.

She was born in Clarksburg on October 7, 1952, a daughter of the late Hoy Selmon and Pauline Edna Crouse Selmon

She is survived by one son, Lester “Charlie” Flanagan, II of Clarksburg; two daughters, Christie Darlene Flanagan of Clarksburg and Leslie Renee Flanagan of Fairmont; two grandchildren, Candice Anderson and Sierra (Denzil) Pumphrey; two brothers, Daniel (Lydia) Selmon of Weston and Paul Selmon of Bridgeport; one sister, Helen (Wayne) Davis of Jarvisville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Nancy was a 1970 graduate of Washington Irving High School and attended Clarksburg Beauty Academy. She previously worked as a salesclerk at Parson Souders and Stone & Thomas and retired as a shirt presser at Stasik’s Quality Cleaners. Nancy loved animals and enjoyed gardening and relaxing in the sun. Most of all, Nancy loved spending time with her family.

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Thursday, May 14, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

In keeping with her wishes, Nancy will be cremated following the visitation.
