Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, on Monday, June 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Stephen Parker presiding. Interment will follow in the Stonewall Park Cemetery.

Donna Lee Blair, 69, of Anmoore, WV, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at her residence.

She was born at St. Mary’s Hospital in Clarksburg, WV, on June 26, 1956, a daughter of the late Willard Bloom and Geraldine “Gerry” McKinney McCloy.

Donna is survived by her husband of 54 years, Lawrence Otto Blair who resides at their home in Anmoore.

She is also survived by two children, Kerri Burrows and husband Samuel of Clarksburg, and Larry “Shawn” Blair of Anmoore. She was grandmother to seven grandchildren, Austin Myers and wife Hannah, Ethan Myers and fiancé Bridget, Bethany Curtis, Kayli Starkey, Cayla Roberts and husband Peyton, Samuel Burrows, and Isaac Kerby; and 17 wonderful great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind eight siblings, twin sister, Donita Gragg and husband Eddie of Clarksburg, Althea “Punk” Dutchess of Stonewood, Ruby Farley of Belington, Robert “Rod” McCloy of Clarksburg, Willard “Bill” McCloy of Clarksburg, Richard “Rick” McCloy and wife Julie of Lumberport, Clara “Janie” Yoak and husband Okey of Stonewood, and Karen Bailey of Hannibal, OH; as well as many nephews and nieces.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings, Sharon Richards, and Douglas “Doug” McCloy.

Donna was a homemaker and a member of Summit Park Baptist Church. She served her community by helping disabled children at the Summit Center and Children’s Treatment Center. She enjoyed camping at twin lakes over the past 30 years. She loved to bake and crochet and especially loved crafting with her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
