Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Butcher Iaquinta

Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Iaquinta, 92, of Fairmont, WV, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2026, in Pittsburgh, PA.

She was born in Clarksburg, WV, on June 13, 1933, a daughter of the late Gilbert Franz and Virginia Wilbur Butcher.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Patsy Iaquinta.

Mrs. Iaquinta is survived by two sons, Samuel Jospeh Curotz and his wife Lauire of Clarksburg, and Guy Edward Curotz Jr. and his wife Carol Ann of Fairmont. She was grandmother to six grandchildren. S.J. Curotz II, Guy Edward Curotz, Heather Marie Webber, Leonard Guy Curotz, Nicole Elizabeth Rudolph, and Gaetano Edmun Curotz; and six great grandchildren. She also leaves behind one brother, Joseph Bartlett and his wife Betty of Clarksburg.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Amy Marie Curotz; five brothers, James Bartlett, Howard Bartlett, Gilbert Butcher, Charles William Butcher, and Richard Allen Butcher; and one sister, Mary Rymer.

Libby lived in Georgia for over 30 years before returning to West Virginia. She was a member of the Saint Anthony’s Catholic Church in Fairmont and the Catholic Daughters of America.
