Judy G. Lipscomb Leary, 62, of Nutter Fort, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the United Hospital Center. She was born in Grafton, WV on December 2, 1963, a daughter of the late Garland and Anna K. Poling Lipscomb. Judy is survived by her husband, James William Leary. Also surviving Judy are two daughters, Valarie Myers and Joey Snider of Clarksburg, and Vanessa Myers and Chris Freeman of Salem, SC; nine grandchildren, Colbey, Skyla, Branson, Sterling, Jackie Rose, Jackson, Jethro, Jimmy, and Andrew; two stepsons, James Leary, Jr. and wife Suzy and Jerrett Leary; one stepdaughter, Jennifer Leary; one brother, Virgil Lipscomb of Nutter Fort; one sister, Judy Anna Rushing and husband Tommy of Grafton; her mother-in-law, Diana Nuzum of Nutter Fort; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Eddie Lipscomb. Judy was a 1981 graduate of Flemington High School. She was a licensed phlebotomist and a medical assistant. She had a caring and giving heart and worked at the Grafton City Hospital, many doctor offices, Visiting Angels, and was a private caregiver.
