Christine Ann Pulice

Christine A. Pulice, 72, of Morgantown, passed away on August 18, 2026, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness.

She was born in Clarksburg on August 10, 1954, a daughter of the late Joe and Evelyn Fisher Pulice. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Pulice.

Surviving are her two sons, Michael Bland, Morgantown and J.J. Bland and his wife Terri of Bridgeport. She was known as grandma to her loving grandchildren, Drake and his wife Lydia, of Ohio, Eliah of Shinnston, Gabby of Fairmont and Avery of Morgantown. She was a great-grandma to Easton J. Douglas and Emmett Hayes Bland. Christine loved and adored her grandchildren; they held a special place in her heart.

Christine was a 1972 graduate of Victory High School and attended West Virginia Business College. She was employed by Harrison County Board of Education, Clarksburg and in Ohio with Springfield Academy and ACCEL schools in Columbus.
She enjoyed being around the students and meeting parents and other visitors to the schools. She considered her main “job” to be her sons: to be loving, protecting, and supportive in their many endeavors. Her sons were top priority when growing up and they are very dear to her.

In keeping with Christine’s wishes, her request for cremation will be honored. There will be no funeral service held.
