Rebecca (Merrill) Powell, 53, of West Milford, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Harrison County on May 4, 1962, a daughter of the late Fred Burns and Joyce Merrill. Surviving are two sons, Johnathan Powell of Barrackville, and Christopher Powell of Bridgeport; two grandchildren, Alex Levi Powell and Matthew Powell; her twin brother, Fred Merrill of Clarksburg; one sister, Billie Arnold of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Rebecca was a member of the Old Time Baptist Church in Clarksburg. Per her request, Rebecca was cremated
