Melissa Rae Nutter

Melissa Rae Nutter, 54, of Clarksburg, WV, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at her residence.

She was born in Clarksburg, WV, on May 9, 1968, a daughter of the late Olen Ray “Buck” and Carol Sue Davis Nutter.

Melissa is survived by her sister, Linda Christine “Chris” Nutter of Clarksburg; half-sister, Deidre “DeeDee” Flowers and her children of North Carolina; a nephew, Gerrit David Michael Dodd; her niece, Kathryn Marie Bass; and great nephew, Amias Miller.

Melissa was a graduate of Washington Irving High School, Class of 1986, and spent several years working in sales and customer service.

Honoring her wishes, Melissa will be cremated.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will take place on Saturday, August 27 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort.
