Burial Date January 7, 2019

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  A prayer service will be held at 6:00 p.m. to conclude the visitation.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 7, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 126 East Pike Street, Clarksburg, with Reverend Father Casey Mahone as celebrant.   Per his request he will be cremated following the service.   In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Harrison County Humane Society, 2450 Saltwell Road, Shinnston, WV 26431.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Griffith's death. Growing up in Clarksburg I babysat for many wonderful families but sitting with Steve and Sherri's boys and feeling like part of their family was one of the best blessings. He will be missed by many I am sure.

So sorry for your loss. Steve was a dear close friend. We went to school together and have kept in touch ever since. He will be greatley missed by all. My prayes go out to the family. God bless everyone
