Jim was a graduate of Victory High School and attended Fairmont State College. He retired from UCAR and served his country in the US Coast Guard. He attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Jim enjoyed his daily visits with his friends at McDonald’s and Hardees. Above all, he loved his family fiercely, especially his granddaughters. He never missed an opportunity to brag on them. He will be sadly missed by all of those who knew and loved him.

The family would like to thank his neighbors, Nannette and John Lucas, who always went above and beyond to look after him. Their help and kindness over the years is so very appreciated. We also want to thank his Hospice aide, Sarah, and nurse, Dawn, for taking such good care of him.
