Aunt Jean was one of a kind! Some of my earliest memories are times spent at her house, roaming the hillside with my cousin Dan, and later lots of laughs and memories from all the adventures at Crystal Lake. Growing up, she was always there for me (and always reminded me that I was named for her.. my name is Susan JEAN!). She was the only person in the world to call me “Susie Belle, “ which made me feel special. She was a great sister to my mom when she was sick, and was a comfort to all of us. Aunt Jean lived a good life and was a great mother, sister, aunt, and friend. My heart goes out to Dan, Dave, and Bill as they mourn the loss of their mother. Sending my love and prayers. Many of my fondest childhood memories involve Jean and her family. She was a big part of what made growing up in Stonewood so wonderful. May she rest in peace as she joins her loved ones in God's care. My sincere sympathy to her family.
