I am heartbroken to hear this. I started going to Mario's barbershop when I was 19 years old and went to him until he retired when I was 56 years old. Special guy, loved joking around with him. He always had a story for me. So sorry for the family he talked about all of you often. He will be missed!

In loving memory of Mario Francesco Oliverio, I'm saddened and shocked to hear of Mario's passing as I'd seen him early February. I'd first met Mario in 1982 for a haircut which became a memorable experience and lasting connection. Throughout the years, the highlight of my day would be a visit to Mario for a superb haircut along with great conversation and friendship. Mario will be so missed as he had a profound impact on the community and those who knew him. Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss.

We are so very sad to learn of Mario’s passing! We always loved visiting either him during haircut visits and we got lots more than haircuts from him. He always asked about the kids (even our daughters) and it was a true joy to spend time with him at the shop and to see him in public. Our condolences to the entire Oliverio family and we wish you and Matio peace and love!
