Family and friends may call at the Congregational Missionary Church, 8095 Hazelwood Ave., Stonewood, WV on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the church at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Terry Wilson and Reverend Sherman Goodwin presiding. Entombment will follow at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

I’ve had the pleasure in knowing Bill over the last 30+ Years. From when he sold me a new car, to watching him go coon hunting with my step father Jon Paugh. He was a very polite and humble man. You will be truly missed, thoughts and prayers to the family!
