Teresa Ann Muto, 63, of Clarksburg, WV, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Clarksburg, WV, on July 5, 1962, a daughter of the late Pasquala (Patsy) Muto and Vivian Hawkins Muto of Clarksburg.

Teresa is survived by three children, Jennifer Frame of Jane Lew, Billy Frame of Clarksburg and Amy Frame and partner Adrian Hernandez of Clarksburg; four grandchildren, Zoie Hickman, Maliah Frame, Mya White, and Braiden Wilfong; siblings, Cheryl Muto and partner Scott Johnson of Lost Creek, Dominick Muto and wife Vicki of Mt. Clare, and Patsy Muto of Covington, KY; as well as several nieces and nephews, and her best little buddy, her dog, Tiny.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Muto.

Teresa was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and formerly worked as a waitress. Teresa had a great sense of humor; always making people laugh and was a joy to be around. She was a strong and courageous women throughout her battle with cancer. Above all, she was a devoted mother, grandmother and sister, who will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

There will be graveside service at Holy Cross Cemetery in Clarksburg, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
