Daniel Mark Bock, 57, of Clarksburg, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at the United Hospital Center.

Daniel was born on September 18, 1968, in Clarksburg, WV.

He is survived by his father and mother, James “Jim” and Sharon Garrett Martin.

He is also survived by his three sons, Daniel Mark Bock Jr., Jacob Bock, and Adam Bock; one granddaughter; two brothers, Matthew John Bock and wife Amy and Jason Isaac Martin; nephews and niece, Bradley Jakob Bock, Rhys Ben Bock, Eden Viola Bock, and Ian Martin; as well as his family’s chihuahua, Pablo.

He was preceded in death by his brother, David Lee Martin; uncles, Jesse Davis Garrett and Russell Stephen Garrett; and maternal grandparents, Mary Evelyn Garrett and Jesse Theodore Garrett.

Daniel was known for being a skilled auto mechanic. His skills were often sought after, and he was eager to help those in need. He was Christian by faith. He loved his family dearly and will be sadly missed by them.

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Monday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Fred Hawkins officiating. Interment will follow at the Shinn Run Baptist Church Cemetery.
