Obituaries

Rebecca Debra Myers, age 74, of Clarksburg departed this life Wednesday, February 11, 2026, following an extended illness. She was born November 3rd, 1951, in Clarksburg, the daughter of the late Cleo “Pee Wee” Myers and Mary Ann Chrisman Myers.

Surviving are two children, Carrie Lerner and Ryan DeBarr, along with two granddaughters.

Also surviving are her sister, Melinda Brodwater and her husband Gary of Lost Creek; two sisters-in-law, Emma Myers and Alberta Myers; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Rebecca was preceded in death by her siblings Charles Joseph Myers, James Howard Myers, Robert Cleo Myers, and John Michael Myers.

Rebecca enjoyed riding her motorcycle, reading and fishing.

Per her request, cremation services have been held. A memorial dinner will be held at the Coffee House, 402 Main Avenue, Weston WV 26452 on Sunday, March 1st, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. All are welcome to come to celebrate her life and share memories with family and friends.
