Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. where a service will be held at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Richard Settles presiding. In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Reed will be cremated following the service.

Billy Francis Reed, Jr., 57, of Stonewood, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at his residence.
He was born in Clarksburg on March 2, 1963 a son of the late Billy Francis Reed and Linda Kay Jones Reed who survives in Stonewood.
In addition to his mother, he is also survived by one son, Billy Ray Reed and his wife Nicole and her children of Clarksburg; four brothers, Robert Reed of Stonewood, Donald Reed of Stonewood, Brian Reed and his wife Barbara of Stonewood, and Joseph Reed and his wife Erica of Lost Creek; two nephews, Gavin and Connor Reed; his Uncle John Jones, and Aunt Delores Hennings and her husband Charles.
Billy was formerly employed as a plumber and carpenter with Bombardier Plumbing. He enjoyed being outdoors and loved spending time with his friends and family.
Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. where a service will be held at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Richard Settles presiding.
In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Reed will be cremated following the service.
