Obituaries

Carol Emigean Kelley, 78, of Clarksburg, Passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2018. She was born in Ryder, WV on July 9, 1939, a daughter of the late Farley Bradford and Millie Wright Swick.

She is survived by her husband, Harold Francis Kelley, whom she married on August 2, 1958; one son, Harold F. Kelley, II and his wife Pam of Manteo, NC; one daughter, Christine Flanigan and her husband Bob of Clarksburg; five grandchildren, Nick Flanigan and his wife Stephanie, Andy Flanigan and his wife Erica, Ethan Flanigan, Matthew Kelley and his wife Felicia, and Kayla Barrick and her husband Travis; six great grandchildren, and one sister, Virginia Holmes of Cross Lanes. She was also preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.

Mrs. Kelley was retired from the Filing Department of WV Fire and Casualty and was a real estate agent with Four Star Realty. She last attended Calvary United Methodist Church and Glen Falls Baptist Church. She and Harold were former youth directors at West Milford Baptist Church and EC Church of Clarksburg.

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at which time funeral services will begin at 3:00 PM with Reverend Bryant Bailey presiding. Interment will be in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
