Carolyn L. Peeples Williams, 71, of Clarksburg, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Clarksburg on October 29, 1944, a daughter of the late Fred and Doris Settles Wise.
She was married to Roy Williams, who preceded her in death. Surviving are four children, Robert “Eric” Elliott of Lost Creek, Mary J. Sandy and her companion, James P. Nicholson of Salem, Craig M. Williams of Clarksburg, and Adam S. Williams of Doddridge County; and one granddaughter, Amanda Cox of North Carolina. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth W. Peoples.
Mrs. Williams loved crocheting and coloring art books. She was Protestant by faith.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Coplin Cemetery.
