So many thoughts have been going through my mind. I keep wanting someone to tell me it isn't true, my heart so wants it not to be. My mind knows it is. Charles was the most fantastic man I've ever met. He always had time to explain computer stuff to me. We talked a lot when we first met. Then life, as it always does, interfered. My heart is broken and a light has gone out. I will miss you Charles!

Chuck was someone I spent much time with throughout my first few years of developing my love for social interaction, making new friends, and spending quality and intimate time with good people, and amazing friends. Though I came to his door to spend time with Cameron, Illeah, and Talia, I found in Chuck an amazing man, and dedicated and loving father, and a wonderful friend to be around even when times were bad. He always seemed to have a way of making the best of a situation, even when I was fairly rude to him; I came to him crying in remorse for how I had treated him as a guest, and he smiled at me and burned these words into my brain, "Luke, what you did was wrong, but it takes a man to come face-to-face with someone to apologize, and I think we're gonna be alright." Certainly a man of honor, he will forever leave a mark in my book, and I'll always have stories of his kindness, respect, and friendship to tell my family and friends forevermore. I have not a single word of malice or resent for Chuck, and I truly think that if there is somewhere beyond our Earthly home, he's crossed over into paradise. -Luke E.

Gonna miss you brother... You were a great friend. With my struggles with PTSD you always seemed to pick up on them when I would be going through a hard time. Though we never got to meet in person, you were only a text away. I will always count as being blessed as to have made such a good friend as you were to me. Thank you for all the memories we shared together through text or via a phone call brother and thank you for always supporting us Veterans. Rest Easy Bro, til we all are caught up in the sky and see one another again... Much love to all of your family for allowing you to always be there for a friend and for sharing you with us...

I can hardly believe it. Chuck you are a great friend, who came into my life after the death of my older brother. You accepted me as a friend and always was there when I needed you. You made me feel like you was a big brother at a time when I needed one the most. I am very thankful to share the many memories we had over the years. Until we meet again old friend, fly high and say HI to my brother FRANK, and Father.
