Charles O. “Chuck” Anglin, 73, of Nutter Fort, WV, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at the River Oaks Nursing Facility.

He was born in Elizabeth, OH, a son of the late Richard “Dick” and Isabella Blaine Anglin.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Beverly Jean Flannery Anglin, whom he married in August of 2001.

Also surviving are his daughters, Jodi Anglin of Fairmont, Shannon Welks and husband Don of Good Hope, Amanda Tate and husband Chris of Lake Mary, Fl, and Ali Arcure and husband Mike of Fairmont, and his son, Carey Fisher and wife Pamela of Clarksburg. He was grandfather to 10 grandchildren, Charlton Lawson, Matthew Fisher, Joshua Ash, Chase Reeder, Cameron Reeder, Maiya Reader, Aidan Arcure, Lilah Arcure, Krysten Weaver, and Dylan Altizer. He also leaves behind two brothers, Rick Anglin and wife Gretchen, and Jim Anglin and wife Sussy, both of Tennessee, and his dog, Tater Tot.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ron Anglin.

Chuck was a graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School Class of 1969 and a retired driver for Broughton Dairy.

Chuck was an avid golfer and a former member of Bel Meadow Country Club, Sunny Croft, and Clarksburg Country Club. He leaves behind a lot of great golfing buddies and will be missed. He loved animals and enjoyed bird watching. He enjoyed woodworking and working on his 1990 Cadilac Convertible. He was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and collected Coca-Cola memorabilia.

Honoring his wishes, Mr. Anglin will be cremated.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort WV 26301.
