  Family and friends may call at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church on Monday, September 26, 2016 from10:00 to 11:00 am, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with Father Kent Durig as Celebrant.  Interment will be in the Shinnston Memorial Cemetery.

Dominick Joseph Seti, Jr., 76 of Kidd Avenue, Stonewood, passed away on Friday morning, September 23, 2016 at his residence following extended illness.  He was surrounded by family and loved ones.

 

He was born on December 2, 1939 in Clarksburg, WV.  He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Mary Ann Terango Seti and Dominick Seti, Sr. of Stonewood.  He was also preceded in death by his brother, James (Jimmy) Seti and his sister, Kathering (Katy) Henrickson, both of Cocoa Beach, FL.

 

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Latz Seti of Stonewood, whom he married May 7, 1966; his son, Michael Seti and his wife Barbara Renee Seti of Lost Creek; his daughter, Kimberly Seti of Stonewood; three granddaughters, Madison Seti and Lauren Seti of Lost Creek, and Kayla Chisko of Stonewood; one grandson, Justin Seti of Stonewood; two sisters, Amanda Seti of Stonewood and Joan Parish of Boca Raton, FL; and one brother, Frank Seti and his wife Wanda of Stonewood.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

 

Dominick graduated from Roosevelt-Wilson High School and was a superintendent of the yard department of the Union Carbide Plant in Anmoore, where he worked for 29 years, and having retired in 1995.  He was also a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Stonewood.

 

Dominick was a loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle.  In his spare time he enjoyed playing a round of golf at Bel Meadows County Club and helping his son with his wood working business.

 

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1299  Pineview Drive #3, Morgantown, WV  26505.
