Betty and family, we were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Frank. He was an icon in the 249TH as well as our friend. We shared much in our youth and leaves a void in our hearts. Frankie will be greatly missed. Dave and Karen Toothman

Betty and family: my condolences to you all in the loss of Frank. He was a good friend and I enjoyed singing with him at Fairmont State. The world will be missing a sweet spirit and one of the nicest people I have ever known, but I know his voice will be a great addition to God\'s heavenly choir.

Betty and Family: I was saddened to hear about Frank passing and my heart grieves for your loss. Both of you held my family up in prayer and support through the years and we have always been very appreciative of that. I have only the fondest of memories of visiting you and chatting and catching up on both our families. God bless you during your time of grief. Our God has welcomed Frank with open arms.
