Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Saturday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, and Sunday from 12:00 to 8:00 pm. Rev. Carson will be taken to the Sardis Baptist church to lie in state for one hour prior to the service, which will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 10:30am with Reverend Gary Layfield and Reverend James Loar officiating. Interment will be in the WV National Cemetery where full military graveside rites will be accorded.
