Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Saturday from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the Bergoo Baptist Church, 3021 Bergoo Road, Webster Springs, WV, 26288 on Monday, March 25, 2024, at 12:00 noon with Pastor Bennie Cowger officiating, where Mr. Lough will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Meadowland Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest next to his wife.
