Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The funeral will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Robert King presiding.   Interment will follow in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

Jessie Lou Bumgardner Conley, age 64, of Nutter Fort, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

She was born on January 8, 1954, in Clarksburg, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Edgar and Hazel Lucille Holden Bumgardner.

Jessie is survived by her husband, Donald Wade Conley II who resides at their residence in Nutter Fort.

She is also survived by two children, Donald Wade Conley III of Nutter Fort, and Stacey Leigh Conley of Nutter Fort; her sister, Charlene Moyle of Pittsburgh, PA; as well as several nieces, nephews; and her best friend, Elivia Suttle of Lost Creek.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Edward Bumgardner on March 17, 2014.

Jessie was a graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School Class of 1971 and was a Medical Transcriptionist for the United Hospital Center.

Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The funeral will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Robert King presiding.

Interment will follow in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

Jessie loved the color blue, her family suggests in lieu of flower arrangements, individual blue flowers may be sent to add to a personal bouquet. Donations toward medical expenses also will be greatly appreciated.
