Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison St, Nutter Fort on Monday, December 2, 2024 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm where the funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm with Pastor Mike Player presiding. Interment will follow in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

Jo Ann Beeghley Davis, 91, of Nutter Fort passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.
She was born in Long Island, NY on June 17, 1933, a daughter of the late John and Gertrude Bowen Beeghley.
Twice married, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Louis Lopez, as well as her second husband, Gene Davis on September 25, 1999.
Surviving are two sons, Mike Lopez and wife Kim of Nutter Fort and Tom Lopez and his wife Shannon of Stonewood; two daughters, Linda Lopez and her husband Zeke of Clarksburg and Cathy “Joey” Romano of Clarksburg; eight grandchildren, Lisa Davisson, Lauren Bealko, John David Romano, Michael Lopez, Tricia Hagedorn, Luke Lopez, Erin Collins, and Eric Lopez; 15 great-grandchildren, Alex Davisson, Stella and Kennedy Bealko, Antalina and Autiana Lopez, Sophie and Leo Hagedorn, Lucy, Lennon, and Luka Lopez, Creed, Emerson, and Locklynn Collins, and Crue and Mateo Lopez; and one sister, Janet Hyre.
In addition to her parents, Jo Ann is preceded in death by her son-in-law, David Romano.
Mrs. Davis was a 1951 graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School. She was the owner and Real Estate Broker of Beeghley Real Estate for 45 years.
