Kenny was one in a million a great person and a great friend and he will never be forgotten . He loved his animals and friends too. There was only one Kenny was a true and unique person and will be missed and loved forever.

Kenny and I go back to 1984 when i met him in Morgantown at the Double Decker club. We hit it off as friends because i was instantly drawn to his outrageous "realness" and spontaneous sense of daring humor. Over the years I met his family and was always treated like one of their own. I was always welcomed. I felt like part of an extended family, as I'm sure Kenny felt with my family as well. We were the best of friends over these many years, through good times and bad times, for both of us. I will miss my friend~

I met Kenny in 1981 and what an impression he made. Through the years we laughed, cried and partied together too many times to count. If you ran with Kenny you knew what a Hanky Boa and Party Chickens were. He was always there when you needed him and Kenny always got you to laugh. I am deeply sorry for your Families loss and I know he will be missed. Say Hello to those Friends that went before you , I know you will get the party started. All My Love, Michael

To my wonderful murphy family my thoughts and prayers are with everyone. my uncle Kenny was the best person I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. he taught me so much threw the years. I could allways call him to talk about anything. we had so much fun when I lived there those times i'll never be able to forget. my heart aches just knowing i'll never be able to talk to him again. I love you uncle Kenny with all my heart!!!!
