In keeping with her wishes, Linda was cremated. Family and friends will gather at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Clarksburg on Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, where a memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm with Bishop Jackson Hamrick officiating.

Linda Ann Wilfong Sandy, 67, of West Union passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at her residence.
She was born in Clarksburg on January 30, 1956, a daughter of the late Earl and Farah Mitchell Wilfong.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Richard Sandy, whom she married on February 6, 1982.
Also surviving are one sister, Barbara Kile of Lost Creek and several nieces and nephews.
Linda was a Certified Social Worker with United Summit Center with over 10 years of service. She was a compassionate and sentimental person and an animal lover. She loved playing computer games, and she cherished time with her family and friends.
In keeping with her wishes, Linda was cremated.
